Event Information:

HopeThrough Grace, Inc. and partners are convening their  8th Annual Symposium which is a "call to action" among a diverse set of community collaborators. The Symposium is a way to engage community stakeholders by generating strategic thinking and new ways of increasing baseline screening colonoscopy in the Houston Metroplex area. This Symposium is adynamic approach to civic engagement, screening participation, and advancing the health and wellness of this community. 


Target Audience: 

Health Professionals, Clergy, Ministry Members,

Advocacy Organizations, Patients,

Survivors,Caregivers, and

the General Public.

Students including Collegiate Cancer Councils are all urged to attend. 


Join us for an exploration of ideas for designing and implementing a collaborative colorectal cancer screening program for Houston that is based on current best practices (the New York City Model and others). Come learn how it has been done in other communities and how Houston is joining leaders in the movement to Eliminate Colorectal Cancer!
